Business Immigration Associate — Immigration

Senior associate role in a specialist global immigration practice. You will handle complex business immigration matters, advise corporate clients on strategy, prepare filings and documentation, and work closely with internal teams to deliver efficient, compliant solutions.

The role requires client-facing experience with middle and senior management, contribution to business development and pitches, and participation in process improvement and team mentoring. You will be expected to follow firm systems and quality protocols and to support practice-wide initiatives.

• U.S. JD or LLM
• Member of a U.S. state bar or the D.C. Bar
• 5–8 years' postgraduate immigration experience at associate level
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. immigration law; excellent written and verbal communication
• Prior team management or supervisory experience preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
