Business Litigation Associate — Environmental (Denver)

Mid‑level to senior associate role on a business litigation team focused on environmental matters. The position is based in Denver and involves handling complex environmental regulatory, enforcement, and commercial litigation across state and federal forums.

Work will include representing clients in administrative agency proceedings and court actions, preparing motions and briefs, and conducting hearings and other appearances. The team seeks a collaborative litigator with strong regulatory and administrative‑law experience.

• 5–7 years of experience handling complex environmental regulatory and litigation matters
• Strong background with state and federal administrative agencies and court systems; courtroom appearances or motion‑hearing experience preferred
• Experience with administrative law, agency enforcement or regulatory challenges
• Outstanding legal research and writing skills; federal clerkship highly preferred
