A leading international law firm seeks a business litigation associate with 2–6 years of significant experience to join its business and securities litigation practice group. This is a multi-office opportunity, with positions available in the firm's Southern California offices.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in complex commercial litigation and a proven ability to handle project-based work, multi-task on high-level assignments, and consistently produce thoughtful, superior work product. The role involves overseeing junior associates and professional staff while managing a variety of matters.

Experience in technology litigation, class action defense, and/or company v. company disputes is preferred but not required. Current admittance to the California bar is required. The firm offers a collegial environment, sophisticated work, and a comprehensive benefits package.

2–6 years of significant litigation experience
Prior experience in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm
Demonstrated project-based experience and ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments
Experience overseeing junior associates and professional staff
High level of academic achievement from a law school institution
Current admittance to the California bar
Experience in technology litigation, class action defense, and/or company v. company disputes preferred
