A leading law firm seeks an associate to join its business and securities litigation practice, with opportunities available across multiple California offices. The role sits within a team handling complex commercial disputes for a broad range of clients.

The position offers substantial responsibility from day one, including project-based work and the ability to manage several high-level assignments simultaneously while consistently producing work product of superior quality. Associates also work closely with and help oversee junior associates and professional staff.

While not required, prior exposure to technology litigation, class action defense, and/or company-versus-company disputes is valued and supported. The firm is an equal opportunity employer.

2–6 years of significant litigation experience
Prior experience in the litigation department of a comparable law firm
Strong background in complex commercial litigation
Project-based experience with the ability to multi-task across high-level assignments
Experience working with and overseeing junior associates and professional staff
High level of academic achievement
Current admission to the California bar
Preferred (not required): technology litigation, class action defense, and/or company v. company disputes
