Growing Capital Markets team in Chicago seeks a mid-level securities associate to join a busy practice handling public and private offerings and related transactional work. The role focuses on representing issuers, sponsors and underwriters across a range of industries.

Ideal candidates will have strong execution experience on capital markets transactions, excellent drafting and deal-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume practice. The position offers a platform for continued development on complex securities matters within a major national/international firm.

4-6 years of securities-related and/or capital markets transactional experience at a leading national or international law firm
Demonstrated experience drafting offering documents, disclosure materials, and transactional agreements
Strong academic credentials and excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to manage deal timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams; admission or eligibility to practice in Illinois preferred
