A market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking two mid-level to senior associates to join a highly collaborative practice that works seamlessly across offices. This is an opportunity to take on sophisticated transactional work within a nationally recognized energy and infrastructure platform.

The role focuses on high-value project work, with a particular emphasis on tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development, including construction and EPC contracts and offtake agreements. Associates work closely with colleagues across multiple offices on complex, cross-disciplinary matters.

The position is open across several U.S. markets, and candidates are invited to indicate their preferred office location in a cover letter. Relevant experience is valued alongside strong academic credentials and a demonstrated record of sophisticated law firm transactional work.

3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Strong academic credentials
Sophisticated transactional experience gained at a leading law firm
Focused experience in tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development (construction and EPC contracts, offtake agreements)
Admission (or eligibility for prompt admission) in the home office jurisdiction
