Top-tier international firm is seeking a capital markets associate to join its Philadelphia securities team. The role focuses on public and private capital-raising transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings and other securities work for corporate and financial-services issuers.

Successful candidates will work on transactional matters and regulatory filings, drafting offering documents and coordinating with underwriters, outside counsel and regulators. The team handles cross-border and domestic assignments for clients across industries.

Demonstrable transactional securities experience, including IPOs and other public offerings
Strong drafting and deal-management skills for offering documents and SEC/filings
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree and active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Excellent academic record and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Comfort working on cross-border matters and with multi-office teams
