A Washington, DC office seeks a mid-level corporate and securities associate to join a nationally recognized practice that serves as regular outside counsel to a large roster of public company clients, ranging from newly public issuers to major index constituents across diverse industries.

The role offers exposure to sophisticated public company representations, including capital markets financings, public company advisory work, and corporate governance matters, with the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized practitioners.

Minimum of two to three years of experience in corporate and securities matters
Background in public company advisory work, corporate governance, and capital markets financings
Experience working on teams managing public company client representations
Strong technical knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comparable law firm experience
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in a U.S. state bar
