Experienced capital markets associates with roughly 3–6 years PQE are invited to join a national/international firm’s securities team. The role focuses on public offerings and ongoing representation of public companies, with significant exposure to IPOs and equity-linked transactions.

Work will include drafting and negotiating offering documentation, advising on SEC and exchange reporting and governance matters, and managing day-to-day client deliverables for sophisticated corporate clients across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors.

3–6 years of capital markets / public securities experience (PQE)
Direct experience representing companies and underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions
Experience advising public companies on SEC and exchange reporting, corporate governance and compliance
Track record of client management and handling high-volume, deadline-driven work
Prior experience in the capital markets practice of a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials
