National US law firm seeking a capital markets associate with 2–6 years of experience in public securities work. The role focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings (including IPOs and equity-linked transactions) and advising public companies on governance, SEC and exchange reporting and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have prior capital markets experience from a national or international law firm, strong academic credentials, and the ability to manage client relationships and day-to-day deal/workflow demands. 2–6 years of PQE in capital markets / public securities work
Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance
