A leading global firm's market-leading Capital Markets practice group seeks a resource attorney to support its practitioners and enhance the group's effectiveness. The practice is consistently ranked among the top firms representing issuers and investment banks in IPOs, follow-on offerings and other capital markets transactions, and maintains one of the most active SPAC and deSPAC practices in the US, complemented by leading work with technology and life sciences companies.

This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on knowledge management, business development and practice innovation. You will keep the group current on legal and regulatory developments, develop and maintain internal know-how and archives, draft forms and templates, prepare client alerts and white papers, and help coordinate webinars and speaking engagements. You will also work with marketing on branding and RFP responses, with professional development on training, and with information services and practice innovation on technology solutions.

The role spans multiple US offices. Candidates should bring deep capital markets experience and a strong grasp of corporate governance and SEC reporting, with an enthusiasm for keeping pace with a fast-evolving practice and regulatory environment.

Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years' experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions
Strong understanding of corporate governance, SEC reporting requirements and related matters
Knowledge of the technology and life sciences industries
Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills
Confident, engaging presenter with strong intellectual, interpersonal and technical abilities
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail
