A leading global law firm seeks a Capital Markets Resource Attorney to support one of the premier capital markets practices in the US and internationally, known for representing issuers and investment banks in IPOs, follow-on offerings, SPAC and deSPAC transactions, and other public and private capital-raising matters.

This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on empowering the practice group. You will track legal and regulatory developments, develop and maintain know-how, forms and templates, and help create client alerts, white papers and external-facing resources. You will also support business development, branding and RFP responses, coordinate training and professional development, and work with innovation and information services teams to adopt tools that drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines deep capital markets experience with strong drafting and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and genuine enthusiasm for keeping pace with a rapidly evolving practice, regulatory landscape and technology environment.

Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years' experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions
Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements
Familiarity with technology and life sciences industries preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills
Confident, engaging presenter with strong judgment and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities and close attention to detail
