Civil Litigation Attorney — Litigation (Buffalo)

Seeking a civil litigation attorney to join a national Am Law 100 firm’s Buffalo litigation team. The role involves handling commercial, product liability, general liability and related civil matters across local and national dockets.

Ideal candidates will work collaboratively on case strategy, drafting, motion practice and discovery, with opportunities to appear in court. The office supports hybrid and flexible arrangements within a broader national platform.

• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience (commercial, product liability, general liability, toxic tort, cyber, employment, or similar)
• Licensed to practice in New York
• Strong litigation writing, research and oral advocacy skills; trial experience preferred but not required
• Team player, self-starter capable of managing assignments with minimal supervision
