Civil Litigation Attorney — San Bernardino

An Am Law 100 full-service firm is seeking an attorney to join its Civil Litigation Practice in its San Bernardino, California office. The role involves defending businesses and individuals in significant-exposure cases across general liability and personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation work.

The practice, which spans hundreds of attorneys nationwide, emphasizes hands-on trial work. Candidates will manage cases from intake through resolution — including motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials — with guidance from experienced partners and senior associates.

While prior defense experience is preferred, the group welcomes talented litigators with strong substantive skills from any litigation practice area who are looking to grow within a collaborative, expanding team. A hybrid work arrangement is available, and competitive compensation and a full benefits package are offered. Admission to the California Bar is required.

• 1–15 years of experience in civil litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Admission to the California Bar
• Defense litigation experience preferred; substantive litigation experience from other practice areas considered
