Mid-level associate role in a national employment and labor practice, based in the Cincinnati office. The position focuses on defending employers in class/collective wage-and-hour matters, discrimination and other employment-related litigation, and handling agency investigations and administrative proceedings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing class action and single-plaintiff defense matters, representing clients in court, arbitration and mediation, counseling and training employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, and supporting trial and case-management workstreams.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Minimum 3 years’ experience defending class/collective actions and employment litigation
Admission to the state bar in good standing (Ohio)
Comfort and interest in early courtroom exposure; trial and motion experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, organizational and project-management skills; familiarity with agency enforcement processes
