An established employment and labor law practice seeks an associate to join its Cincinnati office, defending employers in a broad range of workplace disputes. The role centers on class and collective action defense, including wage and hour matters, alongside discrimination charges, lawsuits, and related counseling.

The position offers significant early courtroom exposure: associates represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, in mediation, and in arbitration. Work spans discrimination, contract, employment tort, wage and hour, and non-compete matters, plus advising and training employers on anti-discrimination and other employment laws and regulations.

The team is a nationally recognized leader in management-side labor and employment litigation, and the firm supports a hybrid work arrangement.

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
3+ years of class action litigation defense experience
Admitted to the Ohio Bar in good standing
Strong interest in early courtroom experience
Familiarity with state and federal agency enforcement practices
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and project management skills
