Hiring is open across multiple U.S. offices; New York is a primary placement but candidates in other U.S. locations will be considered. The team works collaboratively across offices and offers support for professional development and firm benefits.

- 2–6 years of US law firm experience in structured finance, securitization or CLO transactions
- Demonstrated experience with CLOs, warehouse financings and related documentation
- Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer asset pools strongly preferred
- Active admission to practice in the U.S. (or eligibility) and strong academic credentials
