CMBS Associate — Structured Finance

Top-tier structured finance team in the United States is looking for a 3–9 year associate to join its CMBS practice. The role will focus primarily on commercial mortgage-backed securities work, while exposure to other securitizations and structured financings is available.

The group advises on complex securitizations and related regulatory matters across CMBS, residential mortgage, auto, credit card and other asset-backed transactions. The successful candidate will work on deal drafting, closing documentation and client-facing matters within a national structured finance practice.

• 3–9 years of experience in securitization or structured finance; prior CMBS experience a plus
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Membership in the bar of the U.S. state where the candidate expects to be located
• Ability to work on multiple, complex transactions in a collaborative team environment
