An elite international law firm's structured finance group is seeking an associate with 3-9 years of experience in securitization and structured finance to join its team. Prior CMBS experience is a plus but not required.

The U.S. structured finance group advises on innovative transactions and significant regulatory reform measures. The team has deep experience in all aspects of commercial mortgage securitization, as well as residential mortgage, auto, credit card and esoteric securitizations, CLOs, repackagings, re-securitizations, and other financings. The attorney hired would be primarily engaged with the CMBS team.

The firm values collegiality and provides training, mentoring, retreats, and shadowing opportunities to ensure integration into client teams.

3-9 years of experience in securitization / structured finance
CMBS experience a plus, but not required
Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials
Superior communication skills
Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required
