Join a leading technology and commercial team in London as a Knowledge Lawyer focused on commercial, tech outsourcing and data matters. The role will sit across Commercial, Technology Outsourcing and Data & Cyber workstreams and supports a varied client base including technology, retail and consumer-facing businesses.

You will own and maintain precedents, playbooks and guidance, help translate AI strategy into practical workflows and legal‑tech assets, and support training, horizon‑scanning and thought leadership on AI, data protection and cyber. The role works closely with fee earners, Knowledge & Legal Technology, IT, BD and Risk teams.

This is a full‑time position with flexibility on working arrangements and offers scope to shape the knowledge, innovation and legal‑tech agenda for the practice.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with c.4+ PQE (open to strong candidates at different levels).
Solid commercial contracts and technology experience (IT/outsourcing, SaaS, services, supply, licensing or similar).
Genuine interest in AI, legal/regulatory implications and practical legal‑tech applications; experience with AI or contract/transaction platforms advantageous.
Strong project management, collaborative mindset and experience coaching/developing junior lawyers.
