They are hiring a commercial lawyer to join a UK technology practice advising on general commercial and digital matters. The role focuses on technology contracts, licensing and related commercial agreements for a mix of UK-based and international clients.

The post is available across several UK offices (including Newcastle, Bristol, Leeds and Southampton). You will work on drafting and negotiating commercial and software/licence agreements, advising on commercial risk and helping develop client-facing documentation.

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent UK qualification)
  • Proven experience advising on technology/commercial contracts, software and licensing
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills; commercial mindset
  • Comfortable advising across multiple offices and liaising with cross‑functional teams
