Seeking an Associate to join a busy commercial litigation team in the Houston office. The group handles complex commercial disputes — including matters involving financial structures, strategic transactions and business relationships — in courts and tribunals domestically and internationally.

Prior litigation experience at a law firm or in-house (clerkship or relevant internships may be considered).

Ability to manage case workstreams, work collaboratively on teams, and communicate clearly with clients.
