Medical Malpractice Associate — Healthcare (Houston)

Mid-level associate role in a large healthcare & medical malpractice team based in Houston. The position focuses on defending healthcare providers in state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings across a broad range of clinical specialties.

Successful candidates will lead and support all phases of litigation: drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. The role requires trial-capable advocates who can work independently and collaborate within a team on a high-volume caseload.

• Admitted to practice in Texas
• 2–7 years of litigation experience (medical malpractice/healthcare defense preferred)
• Trial experience defending and litigating medical malpractice matters required
• Strong writing, analytical skills, and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
