Commercial Litigation Associate — Los Angeles

Top-tier national law firm seeks a commercial litigation associate to join its Los Angeles Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. The group handles complex civil litigation matters across state and federal courts, including trial and appellate work for a range of local, national and international clients.

The role offers substantive courtroom and motion practice, exposure to consumer class actions, product liability, financial services and media/entertainment disputes, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative team environment. Active California bar admission is required.

• 4–6 years of litigation experience (civil commercial, class actions, product liability, or related matters)
• Active California bar admission
• Proven drafting and legal research skills; excellent writing and attention to detail
• Experience in state and/or federal court practice, including trial and appellate work
• Strong academic credentials
