Experienced commercial litigation attorney sought to join a national firm's Commercial Litigation group, supporting a dedicated set of matters for a major client. The role is open to candidates for the firm's Los Angeles or San Francisco offices.

Work will include drafting substantive written work product, discovery, and potential participation in trials and arbitrations. Familiarity with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is a plus. The team values strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a willingness to work with developing AI-assisted tools.

Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Admission to and good standing with the California Bar
Experience with trials/arbitrations and substantive drafting; FCRA experience preferred
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and comfort using emerging AI tools
