Commercial Litigation Associate — Los Angeles

Growing commercial litigation team in Los Angeles seeks a junior to mid-level associate with 2–5 years of litigation experience. The role involves supporting complex commercial disputes, drafting briefs and pleadings, conducting legal research, and helping manage casework from discovery through trial.

The team values strong oral and written advocacy, attention to detail, and the ability to take on significant responsibility. Associates will also participate in client-facing activities, including pitches and business development initiatives.

• 2–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm or equivalent.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to, and good standing with, the California bar.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; strong analytical ability.
• Proven ability to work effectively on teams and manage case responsibilities independently.
• Willingness to participate in marketing and business development; law school transcripts requested with application.
