A growing commercial litigation team in Orlando seeks a 2nd–4th year associate to work on complex business disputes in state and federal courts. The role involves drafting pleadings and motions, managing written and document discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, participating in settlement discussions, and contributing to trial preparation.

The team values strong legal writing, persuasive oral advocacy, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative, client-focused approach. Candidates will have regular interaction with partners and clients and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collegial environment.
