Staff Attorney — Litigation (Consumer Finance)

Seeking a Staff Attorney to join a busy consumer finance litigation team. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting matters for financial-services clients, with regular drafting of motions, discovery work, and negotiating settlements.

The team values strong client service, collaboration, and attention to detail. This is an in-office/hybrid role with an expectation of working onsite at least three business days per week. Preferred locations include Jacksonville or Orlando.

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer finance (banks, lenders, card issuers, loan servicers)
• Experience drafting motions, conducting discovery, and negotiating settlements
• Barred and authorized to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction where the employer maintains an office
• Excellent written and verbal communication, research, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
• Able to work in the office at least three business days per week
