Commercial Litigation Associate — Portland

Senior associate role in a busy commercial litigation group handling complex civil matters at trial and on appeal. The team represents local, national and international clients in state and federal courts.

The position offers substantive courtroom and appellate experience, mentorship from experienced litigators, and opportunities for professional growth within a national law firm platform. A collegial culture and collaborative team environment are emphasized.

• 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience at trial and/or on appeal preferred; class action experience a plus
• Active Oregon bar license or ability to waive in required; Washington and/or California bar admissions a plus
• Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail
