Commercial Litigation Associate — San Francisco

Leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level commercial litigation associate to join its San Francisco litigation team. The role focuses on complex commercial and consumer litigation, including class actions, e-commerce disputes, and product‑liability matters handled in state and federal courts.

The position offers substantial courtroom and appellate exposure, collaborative work with experienced litigators, and opportunities for professional growth within a collegial, national practice group. An active California bar license is required.

• 4–6 years of litigation experience (commercial, consumer class action, e‑commerce and/or product liability preferred)
• Active California bar registration
• Strong legal research and drafting skills; excellent attention to detail
• Experience handling matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts
