Commercial Litigation Attorney — Boise

Experienced commercial litigation attorneys are sought for a Boise-based role with a national, full-service law firm. The position is remote-eligible but candidates should reside in the Boise area.

The role involves handling all phases of litigation: discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and regular client-facing responsibilities. Trial experience is preferred but not required. The team emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and collaborative client service.

• 9-10 years of commercial litigation experience (or equivalent PQE)
• Bar admission in Idaho required; Washington admission preferred
• Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
• Experience with discovery, motion drafting/response, depositions, and courtroom appearances
• Ability to manage client relationships and work independently with minimal supervision
