Join a national compensation and benefits team supporting public and private company matters. The role focuses on executive and equity-based compensation, proxy disclosure, and transactional support across M&A and capital markets work.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and advising on equity and executive compensation arrangements, employment and severance agreements, and compliance under IRC Sections 280G and 409A. The team values clear writing, commercial judgment and collaborative client service.

  • 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in executive compensation, equity awards and employee benefits
  • Experience with proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements, and IRC Sections 280G and 409A
  • Transactional exposure — M&A and IPO matters preferred
  • Excellent academic credentials with strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills
