Associate — Labor & Employment, New York

Seeking an associate to join a busy labor & employment team in New York. The group principally handles employer-side litigation and also advises on internal investigations and counseling matters.

Litigation work is predominantly class and representative actions, including wage & hour and discrimination matters. The role will suit candidates with substantive class-action experience and solid litigation skills.

Ideal candidates graduated law school in the classes of 2017–2021 and have approximately three or more years’ experience at a peer law firm in the employment space.

• Law school class years 2017–2021
• 3+ years' experience at a peer law firm in employment/labor litigation
• Experience handling class and representative actions (wage & hour, discrimination)
• Experience with employer-side investigations and advisory work
