The team advises on equity plans, executive arrangements, proxy disclosure and benefits issues related to M&A and IPOs.

- 3–6 years post-qualification experience in compensation and benefits.
- Practical experience with executive and equity-based compensation, proxy disclosures, and employment/severance agreements.
- Knowledge of IRC Sections 280G and 409A and experience supporting M&A and IPO matters.
- Excellent academic record plus strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills.
