Compensation & Benefits Managing or Senior Associate

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced compensation and benefits associate to join its Compensation & Benefits practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices.

The group advises clients on a broad range of compensation and benefits matters affecting both public companies and high-growth businesses and their investors. The practice is known for a single-point-of-contact approach, proactive counsel, and close collaboration with client teams.

Candidates must have strong relevant experience, be highly motivated, and possess strong oral and written communication, logical reasoning, research, and organizational skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.

• At least five years of compensation and benefits experience
• Focus on tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans
• Additional compensation and benefits experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong oral and written communication, logical reasoning, research, and organizational skills
• Highly motivated
• Membership to the State Bar of the office state in which the candidate expects to be located
