The position involves counseling on benefit plan issues in corporate transactions, managing compliance testing and IRS/DOL filings and audits, and leading correction matters. Minimum 6 years of experience advising on tax‑qualified retirement plans and health & welfare plans (ERISA focus)
Experience with plan design, administration, drafting plan documents and disclosures, compliance testing, and IRS/DOL filings/audits
Experience advising on benefit issues in mergers, acquisitions and other transactions; ESOP and plan‑asset experience preferred
Strong academic record with excellent writing, oral communication and analytical skills
