• Admitted to practice in Ohio
• 1–7 years post‑qualification experience; prior employment litigation experience required (management-side preferred)
• Comfortable with discovery, pleadings, motion practice, and depositions
• Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; open to part‑time or flexible schedule
