A leading law firm is seeking a motivated associate with 3–6 years of complex litigation experience to join its Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. This role offers the opportunity to litigate sophisticated disputes from case filing through trial across a wide range of industries, including technology, finance, life sciences, and energy.

The team maintains a fast-paced caseload spanning commercial, trade secret, financial, energy, and product liability litigation. The position is open across multiple U.S. offices, with a stated preference for candidates located in New York, Washington, D.C., Boston, Houston, Seattle, or California, though other locations may be considered.

3–6 years of complex litigation experience
Strong academic credentials
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Highly motivated, creative, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location strongly preferred
