Growing real estate practice seeks an associate to join a Condominiums & Cooperatives team in New York City. The group handles complex condominium and co-op matters across transactional, governance and regulatory work.

The team combines private practice experience with former public-sector regulatory expertise to advise boards, developers and stakeholders on formation, governance, compliance and dispute prevention.

Anticipated New York City salary range: $275,000 to $325,000 (employer estimate).

  • Juris Doctor and active New York bar admission (or imminent admission)
  • Experience with condominium and cooperative law, including governance, offering plans and board counseling
  • Strong drafting and transactional skills; comfort with board-level communications and regulatory filings
  • Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced practice
