Construction Defect Attorney — Construction, Las Vegas

Seeking an associate to join a busy construction litigation team in Las Vegas. The role focuses on insurance-defense work across construction defect and general liability matters, with opportunity to handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trial work.

Ideal candidates will be practical litigators with strong research and writing skills and experience managing all phases of civil defense matters. The team is collaborative and supports development of courtroom experience.

• Admission to the Nevada Bar required
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance-defense litigation (case management, motion practice, discovery)
• Experience with hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials
• Construction defect experience preferred; strong research and writing skills
