Construction Litigation Attorney — Hartford

• Member of the Connecticut bar (required)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction litigation or related commercial litigation
• Proven motion-writing, research, and advocacy skills; experience briefing and arguing motions
• Experience taking/defending depositions and leading written discovery; trial experience preferred
• Strong writing, oral advocacy, and the ability to manage assignments with minimal supervision
