Minimum 3 years litigation experience handling construction-related matters
Licensed to practice and admitted in Connecticut
Proven strengths in legal research, drafting, and persuasive oral advocacy
Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking/defending depositions, and leading written discovery
Self-starter, strong teamwork skills, and ability to manage assignments with minimal supervision
Trial experience preferred but not required
