Construction Litigation Attorney — New York

Seeking a construction litigation attorney to join a national law firm’s New York litigation team. The role involves handling construction disputes across litigation and pre-litigation matters, with opportunities for courtroom, deposition and hearing work.

Candidates will work on discovery, motion practice, and client-facing matters under variable supervision depending on experience.

• Minimum 3 years' litigation experience with a focus on construction disputes
• Excellent written and oral advocacy, legal research, and drafting skills
• Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking/defending depositions, and managing written discovery
• New York bar admission required; trial experience preferred but not required
