An AmLaw 100 full-service firm is seeking a corporate associate to join its Corporate Practice in Houston. The role involves advising clients on a broad range of corporate and real estate business transactions, with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions.

The firm's corporate practice represents large, mid-size, and small companies and investors across the full spectrum of corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, corporate finance, securities, commercial law, secured transactions, and reorganizations.

The successful candidate will work on sophisticated transactions as part of a collaborative team and will have the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility. The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Admitted to practice in Texas
At least 4 to 7 years of experience representing clients in corporate and real estate business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions
Excellent analytical, legal research and writing skills
Strong communication skills
