Experienced corporate associate sought for a life-sciences focused transactional team in Philadelphia. The group advises high-growth and public life sciences, healthcare and technology companies on equity financings, registered offerings, M&A, IPOs and ongoing corporate governance and SEC matters.

The role involves leading substantial components of deals, working in teams across geographies, and supporting cross-border and growth-stage transactions. Candidates will join a collaborative practice that regularly represents venture-backed and public clients at various stages of the company lifecycle.

Bar admission (or prompt eligibility) in the relevant jurisdiction is required.

2–4 years post-qualification transactional/corporate experience
Experience with public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC reporting and M&A transactions
Relevant experience with or strong interest in life sciences clients
Proven ability to manage substantial deal components and work effectively in teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong academic credentials
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain promptly
