Corporate Associate — M&A & Emerging Growth, New York

Top-tier New York corporate group is seeking a junior associate (1-2 years' experience) to join its growing M&A and emerging-growth practice. The role focuses on representing high-growth companies, investors and financial sponsors on financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters across technology and life sciences sectors.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, internationally oriented team and work on deal-oriented corporate matters for public and private clients. The team values hands-on transactional experience, strong drafting skills and comfort working with cross-border colleagues.

• 1-2 years of corporate transactional experience (M&A, financings, or general corporate) at a national or international law firm
• Experience representing high-growth or technology clients preferred
• Strong academic record from an accredited law school and excellent writing/communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and collaborate with cross-border teams
