Corporate Associate — M&A, Las Vegas

Top-tier global law firm is seeking a corporate associate to join its Las Vegas office corporate practice. The role focuses on public and private M&A, venture capital and related transactional matters across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will handle drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and other complex transaction documents, interact with clients and deal teams, and manage significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing, commercial judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

• 3–6 years of transactional corporate experience, with emphasis on public and private M&A, venture capital or angel investments
• Proven drafting and negotiation experience with acquisition agreements and related deal documentation
• Member of the Nevada Bar (admission required)
• Strong academic record, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage a heavy workload
