Corporate Associate — M&A & Private Equity, New York

Leading national corporate practice seeks a mid‑level or senior associate for its New York office. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions, working on complex, cross‑border and domestic deals for sophisticated clients.

The team is looking for an associate who can draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and handle the day‑to‑day demands of a busy transactional practice. The position offers exposure to large, high‑profile matters and collaboration with partners and deal teams across offices.

• 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience (M&A and private equity preferred)
• Proven drafting and document negotiation skills
• Experience managing client relationships and supervising junior associates
• Comfort working on complex, fast‑paced transactions with sophisticated clients
