Corporate Associate — Mergers & Acquisitions, Philadelphia

Seeking an associate to join a busy corporate group in the Philadelphia office focused on M&A for private and public-company clients. The role emphasizes drafting and negotiating principal acquisition agreements and supporting full transaction workflows from due diligence through closing.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of relevant big‑law M&A experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative team. The position operates on a hybrid schedule with regular in‑office presence.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
• 2–5 years of corporate/M&A transactional experience, with big‑law background preferred
• Proven experience drafting acquisition agreements and participating in negotiations
• Strong legal research, writing, attention to detail, and client‑facing communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
