A growing collaborative firm is actively recruiting an associate to join its Capital Markets practice group. The Capital Markets team represents issuers, investment banks, investors, and other market participants in debt, equity, and structured transactions, and also assists investment banks with regulatory compliance and advisory engagements.

The role is available in multiple markets, with the strongest hiring needs in Minneapolis and Chicago; exceptional candidates may be considered in other locations as well.

The firm is committed to fostering flexibility while maintaining a collaborative and client-focused environment, with a hybrid in-office policy requiring attorneys to work from an office three days per week.

Two to three years of experience in securities law advice and capital markets transactions
Specific expertise in capital markets and experience working at a large firm
Familiarity with public securities offerings and private placements/PIPEs
Experience advising on registration requirements, drafting registration statements and offering documents, managing transactions, and leading due diligence teams
Additional expertise with public company reporting obligations and corporate governance requirements is highly valued
Excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
