A well-established global law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Corporate Associate to join its Venture Capital and Corporate practice in the Salt Lake City office. The role offers regular exposure to both domestic and cross-border venture financings, private company M&A and corporate governance matters across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will work on transactions from formation through closing, collaborate with deal teams across offices, and take on substantive drafting, negotiation and due diligence responsibilities. The role includes client-facing work and opportunities to mentor more junior lawyers in a fast-paced, collegial environment. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

2–4 years of transactional experience in venture financings, private M&A and corporate governance
Demonstrated drafting and negotiation skills on VC financing and acquisition documents; experience leading due diligence
Comfort with domestic and international transactions; language fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
Strong academic record, excellent written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage a demanding workload and mentor junior associates
