Corporate Associate — Private Equity, M&A & Capital Markets (Washington, D.C.)

A leading corporate practice is seeking two mid-level associates to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on sophisticated transactional work across private equity, venture capital, initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, securities, and public finance.

Associates will work on complex, market-leading transactions alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative environment, with significant client contact and responsibility from an early stage.

• 2–5 years of relevant corporate experience.
