Corporate Associate — Washington, D.C.

Fast-growing corporate group in the Washington, D.C. office seeks two mid-level associates with 2–5 years of transactional experience. The role will involve work on private equity, venture capital, M&A, IPOs and related securities and public finance matters.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative team advising issuers, sponsors and investors across complex corporate transactions. The position offers exposure to high‑value deals and close mentor-led development.

• 2–5 years' post‑qualification transactional experience (corporate, private equity, VC, M&A, securities, or public finance)
• Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage deal processes and work effectively with partners and clients
• Commercial judgment, attention to detail, and capacity for fast-paced, high-volume work
