Corporate Attorney — Palo Alto

Seeking a junior corporate associate to join a busy, internationally active corporate practice in Palo Alto. The team advises entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and established companies across technology, life sciences and other high-growth sectors.

Work will focus on financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters for public and private companies. The group offers broad transactional exposure and mentoring within a national/international practice environment.

• 1–2 years of corporate transactional experience (public and private company work)
• Experience with financings, M&A and general corporate matters; transactional experience with high-growth/technology or life-sciences companies preferred
• Background from a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials
• Candidates coming directly from a judicial clerkship or with under one year of post-graduate experience are encouraged to apply via the direct application route
