An internationally recognized law firm is seeking midlevel associates to join its corporate and business transactions practice with a focus on life sciences. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and centers on advising life sciences companies in complex commercial and transactional matters.

Associates will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements central to the life sciences industry, including collaboration agreements, license agreements, and operational contracts such as CDAs/NDAs, MTAs, SRAs, CTAs, MSAs, and product purchase and sale agreements. The practice serves clients across the sector, from emerging companies to established industry participants.

This is a multi-office opportunity suited to candidates who want a substantive, client-facing transactional practice in a collaborative international platform.

3–5 years of law firm experience with life sciences transactions.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate collaboration agreements, license agreements, and operational agreements (e.g., CDA/NDAs, MTAs, SRAs, CTAs, MSAs).
Experience with product purchase and sale agreements.
Alternatively, candidates with 2+ years as in-house counsel at a life sciences company and a strong desire to focus on life sciences transactions will be considered.
